Merchant cash advances
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of a business’s future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan and is not subject to interest-rate limits that apply to loans. The total amount to be delivered is fixed in the agreement.
Loan products
Term loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing are subject to credit approval and the terms of the funding provider. Rates, amounts, and terms vary.
Timing and amounts
Decision and funding times such as “as little as 2 hours” and “as soon as the next business day” are typical for complete applications and are not guaranteed. The line of credit maximum of $300,000 is available to qualified businesses only.
Credit inquiries
Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may occur only if you choose to proceed with a finalized offer.
State commercial financing disclosures
Several states, including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas, require specific disclosures for commercial financing offers, such as the total amount of funds provided, the total repayment amount, and in some states an estimated annual percentage rate. Where required, you will receive these disclosures before you sign.
